§ 152.02 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CODE; ISSUANCE OF PERMITS; INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The Uniform Housing Code shall be administered and enforced by the County Area Plan Commission and the Building Department.
   (B)   All permits provided for in said code shall be issued by the Plan Commission, pursuant to the provisions of said code.
   (C)   All inspections provided for in said code shall be done and carried out by the Department, pursuant to the requirements and provisions of said code.
   (D)   The Building Inspector may detail such members of the Department as inspectors as is necessary.
