§ 151.03 FEES ON REAL ESTATE DESIGNATED AS AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA.
   The fees to be paid by the applicants on the real estate to be designated as an Economic Revitalization Area shall be paid to the City Clerk-Treasurer, and shall thereafter remain the property of the city. The fees are as follows:
