§ 151.01 DESIGNATION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   The Economic Development Commission of the city is hereby designated as the agency of the city which shall receive all applications from persons, firms, organizations or corporations requesting that certain real estate be designated as an Economic Revitalization Area.
