Plans, specifications, certificates and other data for all new buildings, structures, additions, alterations, repairs, remodel work, changes of use and moved buildings, shall meet the requirements of the Monticello Building Code and the Area Planning Commission. Each such project filed shall be accompanied by a project filing fee, which shall be determined from the filing fee schedule, to be promulgated and agreed upon by the Plan Commission and the Building Department. The Area Plan Commission issues the actual building permit after receiving the proper fees and papers.
