§ 113.08 CIVIL REMEDIES.
   In addition to or instead of proceeding under § 113.99, the city or any enforcement official designated by the city, may initiate a suit for an injunction in the Circuit or Superior Court of White County to restrain a person from violating this chapter, or to remove a structure erected in violation of this chapter.
