Pole signs at shopping centers in areas zoned for business may be made a part of the site development plan or erected at a later date; shall be subject to the approval of the city; and shall meet the following requirements:
(A) One pole sign shall be permitted;
(B) Such sign shall indicate only the name and location of such business or businesses;
(C) Such sign shall comply with the sign requirements of the White County Zoning Ordinance.
