§ 31.30 CITY ATTORNEY.
   (A)   There is hereby established the position of City Attorney. ('77 Code, § 2-84)
   (B)   The City Attorney shall be appointed by the Mayor. ('77 Code, § 2-85)
   (C)   The bond of the City Attorney shall be $5,000. ('77 Code, § 2-86)
   (D)   The City Attorney shall have such powers and duties as may be provided by state law. ('77 Code, § 2-87)
