§ 31.20 CITY CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected as provided by state law. ('77 Code, § 2-70)
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep all city books and papers of any nature or kind whatsoever that are in his possession in some safe room or convenient place. ('77 Code, § 2-71)
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by law. ('77 Code, § 2-72) (Ord. 98, passed 7-8-1895)
   (D)   The salary of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be as set forth by ordinance.
