(A) These regulations apply to all wireless communications facilities, as defined herein located within the corporate limits of the City of Monticello or outside the corporate limits as provided by law.
(B) No wireless communications facility may be constructed without an approved and signed site plan from the Monticello City Council and the White County Area Plan Commission.
