§ 111.03 AUTHORITY TO ISSUE LICENSE.
   The Clerk-Treasurer of the City is authorized to issue licenses for the public transportation of passengers for hire of motor vehicles, as defined herein. These licenses shall be taxicab licenses, and driver’s licenses.
