§ 110.31 SALE OF FOOD ITEMS.
   All applicants who propose to handle or sell foodstuffs shall comply with the White County Food Marketing and Service Ordinance No. HDI-74 and 75(A), or as later amended, and shall provide proof of such compliance to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time of application.
