Pursuant to IC 36-9-6, the Monticello Board of Public Works and Safety (“Board”) shall prepare and maintain a record of all existing sidewalks within the city which shall include location, approximate length, and condition. Such record shall be prepared with the assistance of the Monticello Street Superintendent (“Superintendent”), and shall be updated and revised each January.
