§ 96.33 OBSTRUCTION TO TRAFFIC SIGNS OR SIGNALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or controlling property to permit the foliage of any tree or shrubbery growing on said property to obscure any driver's view of any lawfully placed stop sign or traffic-control signal during any part of the last 200 feet of his approach to said sign or traffic- control device.
