(A) The City Building Inspector shall notify any owner affected by the provisions of this subchapter, in writing, to begin immediate erection and maintenance of such barricades or pedestrian protection fences as are required herein.
(B) Upon such notification, each owner so notified shall erect such barricade or pedestrian protection fences, as hereinabove provided, within 30 days of such notification.
