(A) Fire Zone I defined. Fire Zone I shall include all property contained within the following areas:
(1) Beginning at the intersection of West Harrison Street and South Railroad Street; thence east to the Tippecanoe River; thence northward following the meandering of the Tippecanoe River to a point where North Street would intersect said Tippecanoe River if extended eastward in a straight line; thence west on North Street to its intersection with North Illinois Street; thence south on Illinois Street to its intersection with West Marion Street; thence west on Marion Street to its intersection with North Railroad Street; thence south on Railroad Street to its intersection with West Harrison Street.
(2) All property in areas designated as industrial districts within the city as designated in the zoning regulations of the White County Area Plan Commission.
(B) Fire Zone II defined. Fire Zone II shall include all property contained in the following areas:
(1) All properties and areas designated as business districts not included in Fire Zone I within the city as designated in the zoning regulations of the White County Area Plan Commission.
(2) All property and areas within 200 feet of any Fire Zone I area which would, except for this division, be included in Fire Zone III shall be considered as within Fire Zone II for purposes of required roof coverings only, as established for fire zone II; but said areas are designated as Fire Zone III for all other-requirements.
(C) Fire Zone III defined. Fire Zone III shall include all property within the city not included in Fire Zone I or Fire Zone II above.
