§ 72.66 PARKING MONITOR; DUTIES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Parking Monitor designated by the Chief of Police of the city, and acting in accordance with instructions issued by the Chief, to affix a notice of violation to any vehicle illegally parked which notice shall indicate the state license registration number of said vehicle, the date and time of day during which said vehicle is determined to be illegally parked and instructing the owner or operator to report to the office of the Police Department of the city, in regard to such violation.
   (B)   Such Parking Monitor shall be a full-time position within the Department, and shall have as the primary objective the monitoring and enforcement of the parking regulations. Such persons shall be only such employees as are now or hereafter duly bonded in a sum not less than $1,000, for the faithful performance of their duties.
