For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKING FACILITY. A facility or combination of facilities for motor vehicle parking that contains parking spaces for the public.
RESERVED SPACE. Any parking space for self-parking, by employees or visitors, in a parking facility reserved for a person with a physical disability or a disabled veteran, as required by I.C. 5-16-9.
