§ 30.16 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the Common Council shall be held on the call of the Mayor or upon written request of any three members of the Council. Such written request shall be filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer and notice thereof shall be served in accordance with state law.
