§ 70.04 FEES FOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS; DEPOSITION OF MONIES.
   (A)   Pursuant to IC 9-1-2-1(i) there is hereby established a fee in the sum of $5 for each and all inspections required under IC 9-1-2-1(h) which are performed by officers of the Police Department.
   (B)   The revenue from such fees shall be submitted to the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall be deposited into a Special Vehicle Inspection Fund.
   (C)   All monies collected from such inspections and deposited into said Fund shall be appropriated for law enforcement purposes only.
