(A) There is hereby adopted by reference by the Common Council for the purpose of regulating the terms of contracts for the construction of concrete sidewalks, water mains, earthwork, asphalt concrete, asphalt treated base, concrete paving, curbing and guttering, sanitary sewer, seeding and sodding and construction materials and all other public works projects and all private projects which are to be taken under the control and supervision of the various departments of the city those certain terms, rules, regulations and standards contained in the certain document entitled City of Monticello, Indiana Standard Specifications for Municipal Public Works Construction as prepared and adopted by the redevelopment commission and which is incorporated herein by reference.
(B) Two copies of said document containing said terms, rules, regulations and standards are on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and are available for public inspection.
