§ 30.03 MAYOR; DUTIES; SALARY.
   (A)   The Mayor shall be elected in the manner provided by state law. ('77 Code, § 2-33)
   (B)   The Mayor shall have all the powers and duties provided by state law. ('77 Code, § 2-35)
   (C)   The office of Mayor shall be a full-time position.
   (D)   The salary of the Mayor shall be as set forth by ordinance.
