§ 51.009 ADOPTION OF STORMWATER RUNOFF MANAGEMENT POLICY.
   The city hereby adopts the White County Drainage and Sediment Control Ordinance 91-04-20-98-1 by reference as its policy for the management of stormwater runoff from developed real property within the city, and approves the administration and enforcement thereof by White County under the Ordinance.
