(A) Mobile food vendors may conduct business from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, including holidays, unless such business is located on private property or as part of a permitted special event.
(B) Mobile food vendors are not licensed to conduct business door-to-door.
(C) A mobile food vendor shall not conduct business from a stationary location for more than 8 hours, unless such business is located on private property as part of a permitted special event.
(D) The city shall have the ability to restrict the location of mobile food vendors should the city determine the location creates a parking shortage, unsafe parking conditions, or otherwise poses a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare.
