(A) No person who operates a mobile food vehicle/truck or pushcart shall place or permit to be placed any food or supplies on the ground.
(B) No person who operates mobile food vehicle/truck or pushcart shall place or permit to be placed tables or chairs adjacent to the mobile food vehicle/truck or pushcart unless the mobile food vehicle/truck or pushcart is located on private property or as part of a special event for which the city has issued a special event permit.
(C) Mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts equipped with any form of mechanical sound equipment shall not exceed the sound levels set forth in this code. No sound shall be allowed while the mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts are stopped.
