Notwithstanding any other remedies available to the city pursuant to this chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $750 for each offense, to which court or adjudication costs may be added. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which the violation occurs or continues to occur. The city may pursue any appropriate remedy at law or in equity to enforce the terms of this chapter.
