All work for which a floodplain development or building permit is required shall be subject to inspection by the Building Inspector, Floodplain Manager or his or her duly authorized representative. It shall be unlawful to refuse to permit the Building Inspector, Floodplain Manager or his or her representative to enter the premises or structure at any reasonable time to make an inspection. It shall be unlawful to interfere with or hinder the Building Inspector, Floodplain Manager or his or her representative when in the performance of his or her duties.
