§ 78.06 APPLICATION OF ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE.
   The operation of non-highway vehicles and low-speed vehicles in the city are subject to the requirements of the Illinois Vehicle Code. In the event of any conflict between the requirements of this chapter and the requirements of the Illinois Vehicle Code, the requirements of the Illinois Vehicle Code shall govern.
