(A) Construction and maintenance.
(1) On-site erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed or constructed and functional prior to initiating clearing, grading, stripping, digging, excavation, or fill activities on the site.
(2) Sediment control measures and temporary stormwater control measures are to be maintained so they are operating effectively until permanent ground surface protection and permanent stormwater control measures are established in accordance with the Manual.
(B) Changes to erosion control plan. Written approval must be obtained from the Superintendent of City Services, or his or her representative, prior to making any modification to the approved erosion and sediment control plan.
