§ 152.091 AUTHORITY OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF CITY SERVICES.
   The Superintendent of City Services, or his or her representative, may enter any site for which a permit has been issued to inspect the site before, during and after construction to determine compliance with these regulations. Permission to enter a site shall be a condition of each permit issued.
