(A) All subdivision of property which requires construction of public improvements shall be required to have erosion and sediment control.
(B) All land disturbance activities which require a permit being issued by the city, including but not necessarily limited to new building construction, building additions, fence, deck and demolition, shall be required to have erosion and sediment control.
