(A) Permitted uses. Uses authorized in the underlying zoning district by special use permit or after site plan review.
(B) Minimum land area requirement for a commercial planned unit development. Five acres.
(C) Minimum use requirement. No commercial planned unit development shall contain less than 3 commercial uses.
(D) Maximum floor area requirement. Thirty-one percent of the gross land area in the planned unit development.
(E) Minimum landscaped open space requirement. Fifteen percent of the gross land area in the planned unit development.
(F) Minimum off-street parking requirement. Parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the zoning regulations of this code.
