§ 152.076 LAND USE INTENSITY RATINGS AND RELATED REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.
   (A)   Minimum land area requirement for a residential planned unit development. 
      (1)   In RS, RE-1, RE-2, and RD Planned Unit Developments: 5 acres; and
      (2)   In RM Planned Unit Developments: 5 acres.
   (B)   Minimum dwelling unit requirement. No residential planned unit development shall contain less than 5 dwelling units.
   (C)   Density, floor area, and common recreation space and requirements for residential planned unit developments. In accordance with the following table:

   (D)   Minimum off-street parking requirements. Two parking spaces for each dwelling unit.
   (E)   Architectural plans.  
      (1)   When townhouses (rowhouses) are proposed as a part of a planned unit development in the RS, RE-1, RE-2, and RD Districts, building elevations and architectural renderings shall be required with submission of the preliminary development plans.
      (2)   For all residential planned unit developments, typical building elevations and architectural renderings shall be required with submission of the preliminary development plans.
