§ 152.075 PERMITTED USES IN PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.
   In addition to the lawfully authorized uses permitted in each zoning district, the following additional uses are permitted in a residential planned unit development:
   (A)   Residential planned unit developments in the RS, RE-1, RE-2, and RD Zoning Districts.
      (1)   Detached single-family dwelling units;
      (2)   Semi-detached single-family dwelling units (1 dwelling unit joined to 1 other dwelling unit by a party wall);
      (3)   Attached single-family dwelling units, townhouses, and row houses in groups of no more than 5 dwelling units per building; and
      (4)   Uses authorized in the underlying zoning district by special use permit or after site plan review.
   (B)   Residential planned unit developments in the RM Districts.
      (1)   Semi-detached single-family dwelling units (1 dwelling unit joined to 1 other dwelling unit by a party wall);
      (2)   Attached single-family dwelling units, townhouses, and row houses in groups of no more than 5 dwelling units per building; and
      (3)   Multi-family dwellings or apartment dwellings.
