§ 152.048 ACCEPTANCE FOR MAINTENANCE.
   After the developer has complied with the requirements of Sec. 1.16 of A Manual of Practice for the Design of Public Improvements in the City of Monticello, the Superintendent of City Services shall provide written acceptance.
