After installation, completion, inspection, testing, and receipt of engineering approval, but before city acceptance for maintenance of any public improvements within a subdivision, the owner or developer shall submit record drawings of the public improvement plans in the form and with the content required by Sec. 1.16 of A Manual of Practice for the Design of Public Improvements in the City of Monticello.
