Resubdivision of a lot or an outlot of record in an approved subdivision shall be permitted only if the resubdivided lots so formed shall meet all the zoning, building, and other regulations. Utilities must be provided to each resubdivided lot as per the city’s standards. The approval of the resubdivision shall be subjected to the same process as for a new subdivision.
