§ 150.18 PARKS AND RECREATION ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
   (A)   The City Council of Monticello does hereby adopt the Draft Parks and Recreation Element Update of the City Comprehensive Plan, dated June 15, 1995, as revised, as an official amendment to the 1971 City Comprehensive Plan.
   (B)   The Parks and Recreation Element Update adopted above shall supersede and replace all relevant portions of the 1971 Comprehensive Plan and 1975 Plan for Neighborhood Park-Playgrounds and Related Facilities, and shall serve as the primary parks and recreation planning document for the city.
