All new construction involving a significant increase in impervious surface shall provide for adequate on-site stormwater detention and stormwater drainage facilities. All storm drainage system design and construction shall comply with the provisions of the Stormwater Management Regulations of Chapter 52 of this code of ordinances. Where stormwater regulations within this code conflict, the more stringent of the regulations shall prevail, as determined by city staff.
