§ 113.16 EMPLOYMENT OF MASSEURS/MASSEUSES.
   It shall be the responsibility of the permittee for the massage establishment or the employer of any persons purporting to act as masseurs and masseuses to ensure that each person employed as masseur or masseuse shall first have obtained a valid permit pursuant to this chapter.
