§ 111.112 EMPLOYEE CONVICTED.
   Whenever any agent, manager, or other employee in a position of authority of any licensee shall be found to have violated any of the provisions of this chapter while engaged in the course of his or her employment, and the violation was committed without the knowledge or approval of the licensee, and under such conditions or circumstances in which the licensee exercising due diligence would not have been aware of such violation, the Liquor Commissioner may take such circumstances into consideration in determining what penalty, if any, to impose for the violation.
