§ 111.038 TOTAL NUMBER OF LICENSES.
   In the event any 1 of the licenses provided for in this chapter shall lapse, be revoked, surrendered, or terminated in any manner, or the licensed establishment has closed, the maximum number of licenses in that classification, as set forth in § 111.031, shall be automatically reduced, without further action by the City Council.
