Alcoholic liquor may be sold or offered for sale at retail any time in or upon the licensed premises between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. midnight on the days Monday through Thursday and between 6:00 a.m. on Friday and 1:00 a.m. on Saturday and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and 1:00 a.m. on Sunday. Establishments possessing a Class A, B, C, D, E, I, J, or K license may sell any time between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Sunday, provided that on New Year’s Eve the closing time for all licensees shall be extended to 2:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day. All hours referred to herein shall be local time, and provided further that the premises licensed herein must be vacated within 1 hour after the required closing time, except for the licensee or manager and custodial personnel.
