§ 30.03 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   The special meetings of the City Council may be called by the Mayor or any 3 Alderpersons. Notice of all special meetings shall be given by the City Clerk in accordance with § 30.04. Special meetings may be called for any legal purpose. The notice of the meeting must state the purpose for which the special meeting is called, and only the business for which the special meeting is called may be transacted at the special meeting.
