§ 30.01 COMPOSITION.
   (A)   The City Council shall consist of the Mayor and Alderpersons. City Council is synonymous with corporate authorities.
   (B)   It shall meet in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
   (C)   It shall keep a journal of its own proceedings.
