In addition to the other parking restrictions and prohibitions set forth in this chapter, the City Council may, by ordinance, further restrict or prohibit parking on any street or alley under the city’s jurisdiction or on any city property and authorize the erection of signs where parking is so restricted or prohibited informing the public of such restrictions or prohibitions. Specific locations of restricted or prohibited parking are set forth in Chapter 77.
