The following rates and fees, per 100 cubic feet of billable flow, shall be charged to each and every user connected to the wastewater facilities of the City of Monticello. These rates and fees shall be applied in conjunction with the wastewater user charge system as set forth in this chapter.
(A) The minimum wastewater usage rate is $3.50 (for the first 100 cubic feet of billable flow).
(B) Additional cubic feet of billable flow greater than 100 cubic feet shall be billed at the rate of $2.50/100 cubic feet of billable flow.
