§ 53.100 ADOPTION OF RATES.
   Rates and charges to users of the wastewater facilities of the city shall be adopted under separate ordinance. The separate ordinance shall be revised and published as necessary to assure that adequate and appropriate revenues are generated to meet the financial needs of the wastewater facilities of the city.
