§ 53.097 OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
   All costs relating to operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the wastewater facilities of the city shall be identified and summarized annually. Items of cost to be summarized shall include but not be limited to the following: salary and other employee costs; insurance; utilities; equipment replacement and repair; sludge disposal; chemicals; engineering and legal assistance; office and lab supplies; building and plant maintenance; and collection system maintenance and repair.
