§ 53.095 ANNUAL BILLABLE FLOW SUMMARY.
   The Utility Billing Clerk shall annually cause to be prepared a summary of annual billable flow of all users of the wastewater facilities of the city according to the following 4 user groups: residential; commercial; institutional/governmental; and industrial.
