§ 53.080 BILLING CLARIFICATIONS.
   Any user of the wastewater facilities of the city with a question concerning a bill received for services may seek additional information for clarification from the Utility Billing Clerk. The method for computation of rates and service charges established by this chapter shall be made available to a user within 10 days of receipt of a written request for such.
